Who is responsible

What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email address, any company name and phone number you add, and the description of the assignment. We use this to assess and reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to prepare a proposal and carry out the assignment. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is handled by Swedig AB. If an assignment needs a partner or specialist, we share only the information they need, and only once the assignment has been agreed with you.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that are declined or closed are deleted after 90 days unless a separate record must be kept, for example for an agreed assignment or for accounting. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time.

Cookies

The public pages of this website set no cookies. If optional analytics is introduced, it will only run after you allow it.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your personal data, contact us first. You can also contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
