How we work

A clear brief, one owner, a written report.

Each assignment is scoped individually. We provide a written proposal based on the work, location, urgency and specialist support required, and start once you approve it.

  1. Brief us

Tell us what needs to happen, where, by when and what you need to receive. A short message is enough to start.

  2. Agree the scope

We confirm the task, deliverables, authority, contacts, costs and update times in writing before work begins.

  3. Coordinate and carry out

One named person owns the file, works with suppliers and partners, and tells you early about any delay or change.

  4. Updates and a written report

Short updates at agreed times, then a report of what was done, verified and left open, with the next steps.

The deliverable

A one-page format that separates direct observations, third-party statements, unverified points and the actions needed next.

Observed facts, third-party statements and unverified points are never mixed.

  • Confidential by default

Information is shared only with those needed for the assignment. An NDA can be agreed before you share sensitive details.

Specialist partners provide and remain responsible for regulated advice. Our role is coordination within the agreed scope.

  • Honest availability

Questions

Before you get in touch.

What does a local business representative in Sweden do?

A local representative acts as your point of contact on the ground: attending agreed meetings, following up suppliers and documents, checking sites and coordinating local work. You decide the scope; we carry it out within that brief and report back in writing.

How much does it cost?

We do not publish a price list because assignments differ. Each one is scoped individually and you receive a written proposal based on the work, location, urgency and any specialist support required. Work starts only after you approve it.

Where in Sweden can you work?

Our base is the Stockholm area, where we work directly. Assignments elsewhere in Sweden are carried out with partners whose availability we confirm for each assignment. Support outside Sweden is assessed case by case.

Can you sign documents or make decisions on our behalf?

Only within the written authority you give us for a specific assignment. Matters that require legal representation or a power of attorney are handled together with a qualified lawyer.

Who will carry out our assignment?

We are a project-based company. Our team is made up of experienced professionals, and for each assignment we bring in the specialist personnel the work requires, such as industry and technical specialists, event staff or language support. The team is put together for your project, and one named person owns it from brief to report.

Do you provide tax, customs or legal advice?

No. When an assignment needs accounting, tax, customs, legal, technical inspection or interpreting expertise, we coordinate qualified specialists. They provide the professional advice and remain responsible for it.

How will we be kept informed?

Through short updates at times agreed for the assignment and a written report at the end. Reports separate what we observed directly, what third parties told us, and what could not be verified.

How do you handle confidential information?

Information is shared only with the people needed to carry out the assignment. We can sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share sensitive details.

Which languages do you work in?

We work with clients in English or Swedish and handle local communication in Swedish. When an assignment requires it, we can also arrange staff who communicate in Chinese, German, French, Italian, Turkish, Arabic and other languages.
